At GEMINI VENTURES, we strive to provide the best customer service and have designed a liberal cancellation and return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the details below:

Cancellations

  • Cancellations can only be considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and the shipping process has started, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

Return Policy

  • Defective Products: We accept returns for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at +91 72111 13732 within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate the return.
  • Size Issues or Unworn Items: We do not accept returns for size issues or unworn items with tags intact and original packaging. However, a one-time exchange is offered for such items.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for used, washed, or items damaged by the customer.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the merchant confirms the issue, we will process a return or replacement. In cases where the product does not meet expectations or matches what was shown on the site, our Customer Service team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.

Products with Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the manufacturer’s customer service for warranty claims. For refunds approved by GEMINI VENTURES, please note that the processing time may take 9 to 15 days.
